Modify your settings and files types permissions.
Create the Users Groups with permissions.
Add your ftp accounts and maybe assign the ftps to your clients.
Double click on target FTPs to open.

How to install the product?

Extract zip file and upload “ftpcloud” directory to your website.
Open your browser and type the path to the application on your website for example: www.yourwebsite.com/ftpcloud/
Create new database on your CPanel, See how to create a database in CPanel
Fill form fields with database details and your access information like the following:
Click install to continue.
Congratulations your application has installed successfully.

How to manage accounts?

You can create different users acounts for more privacy. to do this follow the next steps:

Click on manage accounts icon on the top screen.
On this screen you can manage all accounts by create / edit / delete / active / deactive accounts and assign groups.

How to manage groups and permissions?

Click on manage accounts icon on the top screen.
To create a new group click the add a new group button on the right.
Type the Group information (name and pref summary) then configure the group permissions as you see in the next image:
The click on save Group Data button.

How to configure registration option?

Click on settings icon on the top of the screen.
Check on Allow people to Register to active / deactivate the option.
Check on Send activation code on registered mail if you want to verify email address for register people.
You can select the assign group for registration on Register selected group, After people register they will assign to the selected group automatically.

How to configure allowed or disallowed files types?

There are 2 methods to configure this option:

1- The public method:

Click on icon settings on the top of the screen.
Add / remove or switch on / off the types.

2- The specific method: to apply on a specific group only.

Click on manage accounts icon.
Double click on the target group.
In permissions settings add the files types in the allowed / disallowed fields and split between theme with ; .
Save changes.

How to configure allowed or disallowed files in upload case only?

Click on manage accounts icon.
Double click on the target group.
In permissions settings add the files types in the allowed / disallowed fields in upload case only and split between theme with ; .
Save changes.

How to assign a specific FTP site to user account?

Click on edit icon for the target FTP site.
Choose the user account to assign this FTP site to him.
The FTP will appear automatically on his account.

How the pending files option works?

It's really simple
- You modify this option on group permissions by check the "Request approval from admin for uploaded files". and then assign users to this groups or make it the default register group to assign to registered people automatically.

- When users upload any files it will append these uploaded files on the server until the administrator approve to these files or delete it.

- The pending files will appear on pending files page with notifications with sounds with the pending files count.

How to add FTP site?

Click the New FTP button on the top left screen.
Fill the form with FTP site destails.
Click Save changes button.
The FTP Site will appear on the list, Double click on it to connect.

How to upload Files?

There are 2 methods to do this:

1- Click on the upload files button and select multiple files you want and click open.

2- Select the files from your desktop and Drag it to the FTP cloud.

How to upload multi-files that contains directories ?

Zip target all files and directories.
Click on zip upload button.
Select your zip file that contains the target files and directories.
after upload progress the files will extract to selected ftp directory automatically.

How to cut or copy and paste files to difrrent FTP site or the same FTP?

To manage the files, You'll found small tools bar that helps you to manage the files and folders. to use this follow the steps:

Double click on each FTP sites that you want to manage its files.
Select the Files and fodlers that you want to copy/cut theme.
Click Copy on tools bar with icon or Press CTRL + C to copy selected to server clipboard or cut with icon or Press CTRL + X to cut the selected to server clipboard.
Go to the directory that you want to paste selected files on it. Whether it in the same FTP site or different FTP site.
Click on paste button with icon or Press CTRL + V to paste the selected files and folders.

How to Delete files and folders?

Open The FTP site and Select the Files and folders that need to delete.
Click on icon delete on tools bar or Press Delete button.

How to change the permissions for Files and folders?

Open The FTP site and Select the Files and folders that need to edit the permissions.
Click on permissions icon on tools bar.
Change the permissions and click apply changes.

How to search for files?

Open the target FTP site.
Click on Search icon with or press F3 to open search dialog.
Type the file name you want to search for and click ok.

How to edit a file?

Open the target FTP site.
Select the target file to edit.
Click on edit file icon with or press CTRL + E to edit the selected file.

How to download files to PC desktop?

Open The FTP site and Select the Files and folders that need to download.
Click on download icon on tools bar.
If more the file selected or directory(ies), it will download as a zip file.

What is lockstep forward?

Lockstep forward is an option that let you to navigate two opened FTP sites and they have the same directories. When click on a directory on one of them it will open the same directory on the other one. This happen in case the lockstep is active only.

For example: If the two FTP sites have a directory called "test" on you double click on one of them it will open the test directory on the other one in same time.

How to active or deactive the lockstep?

Open the tow target FTP sites.
You will realize that a new icon appear on the top next to home icon.
Click on this icon to activate the lockstep to become like this:
Click again on it to deactivate to become like this:

How to switch between opend FTP windows?

You can open unlimited FTP windows in the same time but you see only 2 windows.To switch with other hidden window just double click on this window and it will switch automatically with the last one on the right. You also can switch between the 2 windows by drag one of them to the another.
