How does it work?

How to install the product?

• Extract zip file and upload “usmg” directory to your website.
• Open your browser and type the path to the application on your website for example: www.yourwebsite.com/usmg/
• Create new database on your CPanel, See how to create a database in CPanel
• Fill form fields with database details and your access information like the following:
  
• Click install to continue.
• Congratulations your application has installed successfully.

How to add a new website?

• Go to Websites and Click Add new website button.
  
  
• 
  • Title name of your website.
  • The full path to your website: http://www.yourwebsite.com
  • The full path to your website on root server, you can use browse server button to select the website root path.
  • Name the folder that will contain the generated files for example sitemaps.
  • The count of URLs for each sitemap file.
  • Select the sitemap files type.
  • Extra options for more functionality tools :
    • Add Sitemaps to robots file: This option let you add the generated files paths to Robots.txt file of your website automatically.
    • Include Images: This option let the generator detects the images on page and include it into the xml sitemaps.
    • Report mail after the Sitemaps generated: This option let you know time , spent time and generated new files by mailing you after the generation proccess completed.
• After that click save to continue, then you’ll be able to connect to database and add your URLs.

How to add URLs to website sitemaps?

There are 3 ways to add URLs:
• Database URL generator (Must be connected to website database).
• URL Scanner (Must be connected to website database).
• Manually URL.

How to connect to the website's database?

You can add multiple database connections for the website, just follow the next steps:
• Click Add A Database Connection button.
  
• Fill the fields with the database details.
  
• Press to test the connection.
• You can stop the connection by clicking on and re-connect again by clicking .
• You can remove the connection by clicking on but if you see the icon with gray color that means it has related connections and you must remove the related connections first.
• After adding the database connection you’ll be able to start Create a Database URL Generator and a URL scanner.
    

How to create database URL generator?

Follow the next steps:
• Click on Create Database URL Generator.
  
• Press connect button which is next to database name (If you are using multiple databases, choose the target one and press the connect button next to it).
  
• Create your query that generate the URLs, for example if you use WORDPRESS script you can follow the next steps:
  The default URL Format for posts on wordpress is: http://www.yoursite.com/?p=1 and http://www.yoursite.com/?p=2 … etc.
  So we’re going to create this format like the following:
  • Choose "wp_posts" ID from the fields list.
    
  • Now time to create the URL format(http://www.yoursite.com/?p={ID post here}
  • Now type on Format field “?p=”.
    
  • Click on the selected field “wp_posts.ID »” to insert it into the URL format field.
    
  • The last thing we need to do is show only the published posts, so type on "where additional quires" field (wp_posts.post_status="publish") using the editor tools.
    
    
    
    
  • Then choose the “change frequency” and “priority” for your URLs.
    
  • Then Click save Query, And the final look will be like this:
    

How to create URL scanner?

URL Scanner is a Crowder that can detect links and pages start from approved URL:
• Press Start URL Scanner.
  
• Type Your page URL and select database and “change frequency” and “priority” then press Add.
  
• After adding main URLs click save changes button.
  
• If you need to edit any added URLs just click on it then click save changes button after finishing edit.
• Now when the generator start working it will open each page that you added then detects the links, then add them to sitemap and then open each one to detect more links.

How to add a URL Manually?

This option let you add single URLs to sitemap.

How to create robots.txt file?

It allows you to edit the robots.txt file.

How to run the sitemap generator manually?

• Click on executor button.
• Click on "here" URL to run it or copy the link to other usage.
  

How to run the sitemap generator by Cronjobs?

This option provides different codes to run the generator automatically with the specific time you want.
• Click on “Cronjobs code” button.
• Choose the time, then pick the available method for your server and copy the code.
  
• Go to your CPanel and click on cronjobs URL.
  
• Paste the code into "command" field and click "Add New Cron job" button.
  
• Let Cronjon do it's work, you can get a report about the generated files on analysis tab.
